The Conflicts & Business Intake Specialist researches and analyzes incoming new clients and matters for the Firm to minimize risk and prevent conflicts of interest. Primary responsibilities will consist of running and analyzing conflict searches, opening new clients and matters in the firm’s time & billing system, and performing company research. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience.

The Conflicts & Business Intake Specialist is an hourly non-exempt position and will work full-time at one of the following offices:
Sarasota or Tampa, Florida;
Akron, Columbus or Toledo, Ohio;
Charleston, South Carolina or Charlotte, North Carolina. There is a possibility of hybrid and/or remote for the right fit.
- Complete and analyze conflict searches for the firm.
- Open new clients and matters and execute changes in existing matters.
- Complete company research.
- Answer general questions related to client, matter and conflicts related information.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of related conflict & intake experience preferred
- InTapp experience is a plus.
- Excellent research skills with an analytical background.
- Outstanding communication skills both in writing and verbally.

Physical Requirements- Sits frequently, six out of eight hours per day. Sitting position static for up to one‑half hour at a time.
- Bends and stoops occasionally, up to one‑half hour per day.
