Trusts and Estates Paralegal

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Trusts and Estates Paralegal to join our team. The person who fills this role may work in our Akron, Canton or Cleveland Office. He or she will have the opportunity to work on projects for high net worth individuals in Northeast Ohio.

Projects will require creativity that goes beyond routine probate and trusts and estates practice.

• Support Trusts and Estates Attorneys with day-to-day matters and project work.
• Communicate with clients directly, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in computer use, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Assist with tasks related to federal estate tax (experience strongly preferred).

• Minimum five years’ experience supporting Trusts and Estates Attorneys.
• Experience communicating directly with clients both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in computer use, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience working with federal estate tax strongly preferred.
