In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and defining user/customer requirements while focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across various platforms including mobile, web, and tablets. You will engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services that align with business requirements.

As an SAP ABAP Manager, you will lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects, ensuring a strong focus on quality and risk management. This role presents exciting challenges and opportunities for growth, allowing you to apply your expertise in guiding others and recommending quality solutions. You will engage regularly with external clients, actively participating in working sessions and leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.

Travel may be required as needed by external clients.

• Strong experience managing SAP ABAP delivery across full project life cycles, including design, build, testing, and deployment.
• The capability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, balancing client needs, risk, and delivery timelines.
• Experience partnering with functional leads, architects, and client stakeholders to drive integrated SAP solutions.
• Proficient in Agile delivery and development methodologies.
• Experienced in application delivery processes and application development tools.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and testing practices.
• Knowledgeable in system development, lifecycle and technology integration.

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP development and programming.
• Strong expertise in ABAP, including object‑oriented ABAP, modularization techniques, and debugging/troubleshooting.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and enhancing ABAP‑based solutions, including reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services.
• Experience working with SAP S/4
  
  HANA and ECC, including integration across SAP modules and familiarity with ABAP on HANA concepts.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and integration with ABAP back‑end services.
• Strong understanding of SAP Data Dictionary objects, database concepts, data modeling, and performance tuning/optimization.
• Experience working within Agile delivery models and exposure to Dev Ops practices in SAP environments.
