As Senior Associate Counsel, you will provide strategic legal guidance for healthcare IT, digital health, and AI initiatives. This high-impact role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to enable technology deployments in a complex, regulated environment.

• Advise on procurement, deployment, governance, and risk management of healthcare IT and AI-enabled systems
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology, data, cloud, and licensing agreements
• Identify and mitigate legal, regulatory, and compliance risks
• Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders on digital transformation and innovation

• Juris Doctor and active Ohio license to practice (required)
• 5+ years of relevant experience with healthcare IT, technology, or complex commercial contracts
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and business-focused legal skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to advise senior leadership
