As a Tech Arch Integration Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and defining user/customer requirements while focusing on developing user interfaces across various platforms including mobile, web, and tablets. You will be responsible for coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services that align with business requirements.

** Your key responsibilities*
* In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex processes and solutions, ensuring quality and risk management while navigating operational dynamics. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and revenue generation, providing leadership across multiple activities, and achieving performance objectives. This position requires regular travel to meet with external clients, and you will engage in planning, execution, and closure of client engagements.

+ Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.

+ Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.

+ Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.

+ Experience initiating the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution.

+ Ability to liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.   

** To qualify for the role, you must have*
* + A bachelor's degree: master's degree preferred.

+ Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience working with one or more SAP modules with full-cycle implementations inside your core module.

+ Prior consulting experience.

+ Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills

+ Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members.

+ Strong hands-on experience with SAP integration tools, including SAP PI/PO, SAP LT, SAP ABAP, EDI, and SAP BTP.

+ Proficiency designing and implementing SAP integration solutions using middleware technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP).

+ In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP S/4

HANA, SAP ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, and HCM.

+

Experience with APIs and web services (SOAP/REST), data transformation, and integration patterns.

+ Experience working with PI/PO adapters, including IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, SOAP/REST, JDBC, ABAP Proxy, RFC, and web services.

+ Experience integrating EDI and non‑EDI standards with customized mapping requirements.

+ Working knowledge of cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools (HCI, OData Services, SAP API Management).
