A company is looking for a Data Scientist (Intermediate) / Senior Data Scientist.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement machine learning models to predict donor behavior and engagement
- Evaluate client and third‑party data to identify new metrics and insights
- Identify additional data collection opportunities to enhance predictive models
- Intermediate level : 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, and machine learning
- Senior level : 6+ years of experience, preferably with management experience
- Mastery of Python or R for data cleaning, structuring, and modeling; experience with AWS preferred
- Experience working in Agile environments and understanding of Scrum principles
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRMs, ERPs, or fundraising technology is a plus
