• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

• Manage project delivery streams, leading billable client work and coaching project teams.
• Collaborate with clients on requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
• Conduct system configuration, testing, user training, and user support for SAP PRA implementation.
• Own special projects to optimize revenue accounting processes and enhance system performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel may be required based on client needs.

• Experience leading SAP PRA module implementations for Upstream Oil & Gas clients, delivering projects on scope, time, and budget.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PRA functionalities, including division order, production accounting, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated expertise in system configuration, testing, user training, and user support.
• Experience conducting system configuration, testing, and user training to ensure seamless adoption of the SAP PRA module.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; client service and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to research and apply best practices and emerging industry trends.
• Comfort researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
• Experience developing functional specifications.
• Willingness to travel 60%+.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of SAP consulting experience focused on the SAP PRA module within the IS‑OIL industry solution.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting processes, production reporting, and regulatory requirements in the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
• Experience developing functional specifications is a must.
• Willingness to travel 60%+.

• Prior consulting industry experience.
• SAP certification in Financial Accounting or related modules.
• Experience with at least three full cycle implementations of your core module.
• Additional SAP Finance certificates.
• Prior industry experience in accounting department.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
