We are seeking The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), reporting to the Interim CHRO, to play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated business units in the United States. This position serves as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing expert guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations to drive business performance and culture.
The HRBP will lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent management, and change management, ensuring that HR strategies support the overall goals of the organization. By analyzing workforce trends and metrics, this role identifies opportunities for improvement and implements solutions that foster a productive and inclusive work environment.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness
- Provide coaching and consultation to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Lead workforce planning efforts, including talent assessment, succession planning, and organizational design
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent aligned with business needs
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend and implement proactive solutions
- Manage change management processes to support business transformations and cultural shifts
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Work effectively in both individual and team settings with minimal supervision
Required
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or related field
- At least 7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnering
- Master's degree, HR certifications
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in the United States
- Experience with ADP
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Experience working in a matrixed or global organization
- Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
