Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a motivated HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department for a reputable manufacturing company in Akron.

This is a temporary position - about 6 months - that offers hands-on experience in key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, reporting, compliance, and training. You will collaborate closely with HR professionals across the Americas, gaining exposure to global HR practices and contributing to high-impact initiatives.

• Organization of Assessment and Development Center, Workshops, Coaching, and Trainings
• Strategic partner to management
• Project management with medium strategic importance and support of HR projects with high strategic performance
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or related field
• Systemic coach certification is a plus
• 1+ year in HR Generalist or Development roles
• Exposure to leadership development, change management, and labor law
• Intercultural experience in a global economy preferred
• Familiar with compensation and benefits concepts preferred
• Basic SAP experience preferred (Success Factors, Workflow, Invoice)
