Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role at Hopebridge in Akron, OH. Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
, based on experience and completion of RBT certification.

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Work with children to promote continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories and help kids and families celebrate milestones.

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
