What You'll Do
  • Provide one-on-one support to children with disabilities or behavioral challenges
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support academic, behavioral, and emotional growth
  • Track and document client progress
  • Collaborate with therapy team members and attend ongoing training sessions
  • Create a positive, safe, and supportive environment where children can thrive
What We're Looking For

. Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Strong communication skills with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Empathy and compassion for children with diverse needs
  • Ability to stay calm, flexible, and resourceful in challenging situations
  • Observational and problem-solving skills to support client progress
Requirements
  • No prior certification required at hire – we provide assistance with RBT training
  • Must obtain RBT and CPR certification within 30 days of hire
  • Must complete BCI & FBI background checks before starting
  • Preferred: minimum of 2 years of college education (not required)
Work Schedule & Locations
  • Multiple shifts available: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    , Monday through Friday (some weekend availability)
  • Most hours are at our therapy center in Northfield, OH
  • Some services may be provided in clients'
    homes, schools, or community settings throughout the Cleveland–Akron area
