A local emergency medical transport service in Ohio offers a PAID Apprentice program to prepare candidates for the National Registry Exam to become a licensed EMT. This is a 6-week accelerated training course with classes held Monday through Friday. Candidates who successfully complete the exam may be hired with a competitive salary range between $34,185 and $49,740, depending on the shift and schedule chosen.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Ohio Driver's License.
