Join our dedicated therapy team at Phoenix of Fairlawn! We’re seeking an enthusiastic PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional, patient-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.
Position: PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location:
Phoenix of Fairlawn – Akron, OH
- Partner with Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatments.
- Help residents achieve their mobility and functional goals through individualized care plans.
- Accurately document patient progress and outcomes.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive therapy team culture.
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Supportive interdisciplinary team
- Modern therapy equipment and resources
- A welcoming environment focused on resident success
- Current Ohio PTA license in good standing
- Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others reach their highest potential
