Key Responsibilities Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy, providing feedback as necessary Meet with borrowers to collect necessary documentation and sign disclosures Audit loan files to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience in the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer, Underwriter, or Processor is preferred Prior experience in a customer service-focused role is strongly preferred Mortgage Loan Origination License is preferred
