Key Responsibilities Input loan applications accurately and efficiently Review borrower credit and income to verify compliance with product guidelines Request and organize borrower documentation and ensure timely delivery of disclosures
Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of mortgage lending or processing experience required
Experience with various loan products (FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA) preferred Proficiency with Encompass, DU, LP, and GUS required Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy
