U.S. and U.K. Tax Manager

A company is looking for a Corporate Income Tax Manager to lead global tax strategy, compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities Oversee preparation of global income tax filings, focusing on U.S. and U.K. returns Manage global income tax compliance calendar to meet statutory deadlines Advise senior leadership on tax implications of major business events and implement tax planning strategies

Required Qualifications CPA required;
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (Master's in Tax preferred) 10-15 years of corporate income tax experience (industry or public practice) Strong expertise in U.S. and international tax, transfer pricing, and GAAP reporting Experience managing global compliance and external tax partners Advanced proficiency with Net Suite and financial reporting tools
