Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience leading customer support or user-facing teams in a high-growth environment 3+ years of experience in support, finance operations, or treasury-related workflows Comfort operating in high-liability environments with a focus on precision and documentation Working knowledge of funds movements and brokerage activity Must hold or be eligible for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and other relevant licenses
