Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate communication among all parties involved in closing transactions, ensuring a seamless process from CD preparation to issuance of final closing documents Collaborate with internal departments and external organizations to gather necessary documentation for closing Review loan files for compliance with state and federal guidelines and ensure timely funding of loans
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree plus a minimum of 2 years' prior mortgage experience, or a combined 4 years' higher education and/or work experience including 2 years' mortgage experience Strong PC skills and knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and email software Specialized knowledge of product regulations and policies Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under time constraints Notary Public certification preferred
