** Why This Role Matters
** As a Quality Engineer Associate (NPI and Equipment), you will play a key role in maintaining equipments (curing and basic building) for New Product Industrialization activities.

This role offers a strong opportunity to grow your expertise in quality processes specific to New Product Industrialization while contributing to a supportive and forward-thinking team.
** What You'll Do
*** Monitor and support inventory tracking processes.
* Coordinate new and existing mold transportation and perform necessary checks.
* Download and review corporate equipment specifications, coordinate within the EFLTC system, and maintain clear communication with relevant stakeholders.
* Support and monitor the equipment-related budget.
* Follow defined processes to ensure all new products and equipment are received, developed, tested, and released in line with Goodyear requirements.
* Monitor new tire performance after release, proactively addressing quality matters and supporting production in resolving equipment-related waste issues.
* Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring consistent quality and responsive support.
** What You'll Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering
* Minimum 2 years of experience in New Product Industrialization or Product Development Equipment processes within the automotive industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on troubleshooting experience
* Solid knowledge of FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and structured problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, Six Sigma, SPC, 8D, Fishbone, etc.)
* Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
* Experience in project planning, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) with strong interpersonal and communication skills
