About the companyA leading advanced engineering organization is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive strategic growth within one of their sectors. This is not transactional sales. It is consultative, technical, and solution driven business development within one of the most highly regulated and complex industries in the world. You will represent a full portfolio of engineered products and services, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to deliver high impact solutions to clients.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary $170,000 to $190,000

Job Details What You Will Do- Drive regional revenue growth and meet or exceed annual sales targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within nuclear utilities and related markets
- Analyze client challenges and build technical solutions in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams
- Prepare and present detailed proposals to executive and technical audiences
- Lead contract negotiations through final signature
- Maintain and manage an accurate sales pipeline
- Transition signed contracts to project teams and support execution as needed
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insight to leadership
- Travel approximately 25 to 50 percent to customer sites and industry events
- Minimum 5 years experience within the nuclear power industry
- Background in business development, project execution, or project management within nuclear environments
- Knowledge of dry storage of used nuclear fuel, heat transfer systems, small modular reactors, or high level waste technologies preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, ideally Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access to nuclear facilities
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
