Senior Bridge Engineer | Discipline Project Lead

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer / Discipline Project Lead to lead bridge design delivery while partnering with Project Managers. This role focuses on managing technical scope, production, and quality.

• Serve as bridge discipline lead for ODOT, county, and municipal transportation projects
• Lead bridge plan development and production efforts
• Coordinate with roadway, drainage, geotechnical, and utilities teams
• Oversee QA/QC reviews and design risk management
• Provide mentoring and technical oversight to bridge staff
• Serve as Engineer of Record as required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 15+ years of bridge design experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Strong experience with ODOT bridge standards and production
