Sr. Civil Site Development Project Manager - Akron, Ohio - JOB 26-00023
Salary Range: $120K - $135K Permanent Position with Benefits
Akron, Ohio area Engineering Firm seeks an experienced Senior Civil Site Development Project Manager to plan and manage projects to include master planning and site development, site evaluation, feasibility studies, utilities and storm water management, design and construction documents, and bidding. Manage all activities including scheduling work, project budgets, directing associates and subconsultant activities, establishing and monitoring quality requirements, ensuring client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Professional Engineering License and AICP Certification or other related certificates
- Experience with Site Development and Supervision / Project Management.
- Solid verbal, and written communication and documentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer aided design software.
- Experienced managing projects to include master planning and site development, site evaluation, feasibility studies, utilities and stormwater management, design and construction documents, and bidding.
- Prepare proposals and contracts, determine project requirements.
- Manage activities including scheduling/assigning work, project budgets, directing associates and subconsultant activities, establishing and monitoring quality requirements, ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, regulatory agencies and other outside groups.
- Make formal presentations to clients, stakeholders, the public and regulatory agencies.
- Able to review staff's performance, mentor new and existing staff to meet or exceed company goals and expectations.
