Guide project teams and mentor engineers while leading design efforts. Ensure technical accuracy, drive quality, and shape project outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 6-10 years of experience in power utility design.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and line‑design software such as O‑Calc, SPIDA‑calc or DDS.
• Proficient in designing electrical distribution physical structures, routing, equipment specifications, and wiring.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret safety codes, utility standards and regulations (NESC, ACEC, IEEE).
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, effective problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented with experience collaborating across disciplines.
• Clear, professional communicator capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Lead the design of distribution (600 V to 35 kV) systems using design software.
• Implement client standards and applicable design codes and specifications.
• Coordinate drawing development and CAD‑based design tasks.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and support peer reviews.
• Engage with clients to clarify technical requirements and ensure alignment.
• Execute project tasks independently within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Participate in occasional site walks; less than 5 % travel.
