The Mandel Early Childhood Education Center, an award-winning program located inside the Shaw JCC, is seeking a full-time Pre-K Co-Teacher to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for a seasoned, energetic, creative, and dedicated early childhood professional who is passionate about preparing children for kindergarten and beyond. The Pre-K Co-Teacher will partner with the Lead Co-Teacher to develop and implement weekly themed lesson plans that promote kindergarten readiness and foster a love of learning.

• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Education, or a related field (required)
• Experience working with children ages 3–5 in a classroom or early learning setting
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills
• Demonstrated ability to plan and implement developmentally appropriate practices
