EXTENDED SCHOOL YEAR (ESY) ACADEMIC TUTOR
COPLEY-FAIRLAWN CITY SCHOOLS

Must possess or be eligible for Ohio Department of Education Certification
Intervention Specialist K-12

Pay Rate:
$30.00 per hour

Number of Hours:
Variable; dependent on individual student needs as determined by IEP Team

Schedule:
Flexible; tutor arranges times/schedule with parent

Duties include:

• Providing one-on-one direct instruction related to IEP goals targeted for ESY tutoring services.
• Reading and following IEP(s) of students.
• Arranging tutoring services with parents.
• Documenting tutoring hours for payment and submitting documentation to Pupil Services office at least every other week.
• Collecting progress monitoring data weekly on IEP goals identified as being targeted during ESY services.
• Submitting progress monitoring data to Pupil Services Office upon end of tutoring services.
