The Shaw JCC has the award‑winning Mandel Early Childhood Education Center and we believe that children are capable, competent learners who learn best when they are actively involved in their environment and engaged in activities. We teach Jewish values but candidates of all faiths are welcome to apply!

• Work across all different age groups (infants, toddlers, and preschool) and step into the classroom as teacher or co‑teacher during an absence.
• Teach the Jewish value of respect and follow the classroom curriculum and help with bathroom breaks, lunch time, and naptime.
• Assist with transitioning children to special programs outside the classroom (enrichment, swimming, and gym‑time).

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with infants and toddlers or associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• CDA certificate, preferred but not required.
• CPR, First Aid, Communicable Disease and Child Abuse Awareness training.
