Summa Health is seeking a board certified/board eligible ENT Physician to join our team of 3 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers. The selected candidate will become a member of Summa Health Medical Group, a multi-specialty group practice of 400+ physicians employed by the Summa Health System. Our growing Otolaryngology group follows an integrated approach to ear, nose and throat care – one that calls for collaboration among a full team of surgical and nonsurgical specialists, including other departments such as plastic and reconstructive surgery and sleep medicine.
The selected candidate will be based at Summa’s main hospital campus in Akron. In addition, ENT physicians have access to perform procedures at Summa’s Surgery Center in Medina. With 3 operating rooms and the latest in equipment and instrumentation, it allows surgeons and anesthesiologists to provide the best possible care in one convenient, easy-to-access location.

Candidate Requirements- Unrestricted Ohio Licensure or willingness to obtain
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to quality care in a patient centered, team-based environment
- General adult ENT, opportunity to perform head/neck surgery
- Active participation of General Surgery residents on head/neck cases
- Resources to support advanced ear surgery
- Compensated ENT call 1:4
- Large, stable, established group of providers within ACO and sub-specialty support including 24/7 Hospitalist program and 90+ employed Primary Care providers over a span of 5 counties
