An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor’s office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, responsibilities include providing optometric care and service to patients within the practice, operating under the terms of the agreement with the Subleasing doctor, and delivering high-quality eye care in a private independent practice setting. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a total rewards package.
