• X‑ray and CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an orthodontic practice preferred; we will train the right person.
• Completion of an accredited orthodontic assistant program preferred.
• Additional certification or training is a plus.
• Experience with Denticon software or iTero scanners is a plus.
• Full‑time role (30+ hours per week).

• Prepare treatment rooms for orthodontic procedures.
• Assist orthodontists during patient appointments and procedures.
• Take and develop dental X‑rays.
• Maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment.
• Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene and care techniques.
• Schedule follow‑up appointments and assist with patient scheduling.
• Keep accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain a kid‑friendly environment.

• 8‑hour shifts.
• Some Saturdays may be required.
• Daytime hours — No nights.
