Position OverviewThe Client Relations Manager position offers incredible earning potential. In fact, 99% of our leadership roles, including Store Managers and Regional Vice Presidents, are filled by those who started in this position. This dynamic role focuses on enhancing rental accounts through outstanding customer service, promoting new products, managing account performance, and overseeing deliveries and pickups. By fostering robust customer relationships, you will play a key role in supporting sales growth and ensuring account health according to our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of accounts, nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Handle early-stage collections (1-6 days past due) and achieve daily/weekly collection targets.
- Ensure account health and secure payment commitments using our account management tools.
- Execute planned routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store, by phone, and in customers' homes.
- Drive sales growth and create new rental contracts.
- Safely transport, install, and manage merchandise.
- Uphold showroom standards and maintain company vehicles.
- Comply with all safety and operational procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy merchandise.
- Ability to operate a box truck.
- Ability to stand and drive for extended periods.
- Full-time, Monday-Saturday, with Sundays and one weekday off.
