• Deliver Top-Notch Service- Communicate with clients, answer questions, and provide reliable travel guidance
• Plan & Book Trips- Assist with flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions tailored to client preferences
• Build Client Relationships- Provide personalized service before, during, and after their travels
• Stay Informed- Keep up with travel trends, promotions, and destination insights to offer the best recommendations
• Solve Problems Quickly- Handle booking issues or travel challenges with proactive solutions

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A passion for travel and helping others explore the world
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
  
  Must be 18+ with a smartphone or computer
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
