Inno Source is hiring contract Customer Service Representative positions with potential to be considered for hire with First Energy! If selected for this opportunity, you will be an employee of Inno Source and will provide customer service to First Energy customers.

Your Role as a Customer Service Representative
As the voice of First Energy, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. After completing our paid training, you will:
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Answer inbound calls and provide solutions to service‑related questions.
- Resolve Billing Questions: Assist with payment options, billing concerns, and account maintenance.
- Assist During Emergencies: Process outage and emergency calls with professionalism and care.
- Build Customer Trust: Document account notes and use your independent judgment to resolve concerns calmly and courteously.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: Previous call center experience preferred, other customer service experience required.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities, and a professional demeanor.
- Competitive pay starting at $18.00/hour.
