Spa Coordinator

You are the first and last impression for each guest who enters the spa, ensuring every experience is memorable and enjoyable from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary support for the spa manager, therapists and guests, ensuring a friendly, inviting experience.
  • Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments or provide service recommendations and collect payment.
  • Partner with therapists to increase guest retention and retail sales by scheduling the next appointment during checkout and promoting recommended products.
  • Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, locker room and amenities tour.
  • Drive service and retail sales by educating guests on products and services.
  • Remember personal details that make Woodhouse Spa special, such as guest favorite drinks and birthdays.
  • Work weekends and some holidays; maintain flexibility to work Sundays.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced environment with professionalism.
  • Ability to navigate change management and drive company sales goals.
  • Comfort interacting with guests in a spa setting.
  • Leadership experience in a similar front‑office operations role.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, verbal).
  • Computer proficiency and basic accounting skills for daily closing procedures.
  • Previous customer service and telephone reservations experience.
