A highly respected and extremely stable heavy civil contractor in the Cleveland, Ohio market is looking to add an experienced Bridge Superintendent to their team. This firm is known for delivering complex infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and with a strong commitment to quality and long-term employee retention.
This opportunity is open to both union and non-union Superintendents with strong bridge and structural experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day field operations on bridge and structural projects
- Supervise self-perform crews and subcontractors (union or non-union)
- Coordinate schedules, site logistics, inspections, and field execution
- Enforce safety standards and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to keep projects on track
- Serve as the primary field leader and point of accountability on site
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on bridge / heavy civil projects
- Background working with union and/or non-union crews
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage complex site conditions and multiple trades
- DOT and public infrastructure experience preferred
- Base salary up to $160,000 (depending on experience)
