Vice President Finance

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Business Development. The Director will oversee and develop strategies for identifying new growth opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with partners and clients. Responsibilities include driving business planning initiatives, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and leading sales efforts to achieve organizational goals. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and align business development initiatives with the company’s strategic agenda.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and devising strategies to identify and secure growth opportunities
• Experience in Business Planning to develop actionable strategies and achieve targets
• Expertise in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions
• Strong skills in Account Management to maintain and strengthen client relationships
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Proven track record of achieving business development targets and KPIs
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
