** Primary Purpose of the Role*** ### You support the Sr. Procurement Operations Lead in managing plant procurement operations at Goodyear India, Ballabgarh.* ### You ensure manufacturing procurement needs are met while supporting financial and operational goals.* ### You collaborate closely with Plant Manufacturing, Global Strategic Sourcing, and Global Shared Services to execute procurement activities effectively.###

Key Responsibilities *** ### You handle day‐to‐day procurement for Indirect Spend (Engineering items, Operating supplies, Services, HR, Admin, Manpower, Facility items).* ### You support execution of sourcing strategies aligned with global category plans.* ### You process Purchase

Requisition s / Shopping Carts with complete documentation per Procurement Policy.* ### You ensure timely follow‐up with suppliers for material delivery.* ### You drive procurement operations–related savings projects across indirect categories.* ### You work closely with GBS and Global Category Teams to deliver savings and ensure timely support.* ### You prepare and maintain executive reports for local, regional, and global requirements.
* ### You support supplier development, including creation of new vendor codes and plant waste‐management activities.* ### You ensure clear, consistent communication across all organizational levels.###
