Required Qualifications 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics, preferably in a SaaS environment Strong proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; experience with BI/analytics tools is a plus Solid understanding of sales processes, funnel metrics, and pipeline management Detail-oriented and able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
