Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will actively seek and develop new business opportunities, maintain and build relationships with clients, and collaborate with teams to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include creating and executing business development strategies, identifying target markets. The individual will also monitor market trends and participate in industry events to stay competitive in the market.
Qualifications- Proven experience in sales and business development within the chemical or related industries
- Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships, communication, and negotiation
- Solid understanding of product knowledge in the rubber industry
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute effective business plans
- Familiarity with market analysis and developing insights to identify opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Ability to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is preferred
