Role DescriptionKimmell Cybersecurity is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director of Assessments.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of responsibilities, and approaches every task with professionalism and discretion. Confidentiality and integrity are essential.
Key Responsibilities Assessment Calendar Management- Manage and maintain a detailed calendar for the assessment team, including meetings, appointments, and key deadlines
- Plan and coordinate assessments (meetings, assessors, resources, materials, schedules)
- Prepare and confirm meeting logistics and communicate with assessment team members
- Track follow-ups and ensure deadlines are met
- Draft and manage professional correspondence (proposals, emails, letters, reports, internal communications) on behalf of the Director
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as needed
- Conduct research and compile data to support operational decisions
- Triage incoming requests and prioritize based on urgency and impact
- Support operational projects, including documentation within the Quality Management System
- Maintain and organize legal and compliance documentation (contracts, minutes, regulatory files)
- Observe the assessment process to ensure the assessment team follows defined protocols and that assessment process requirements are met
- Assist with administrative and scheduling tasks as needed
- Support day-to-day operational needs to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain organized office systems and work spaces
- Demonstrate a “no task too big or too small” mindset to support overall efficiency.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
