JR-The Logistics Distribution Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving customer satisfaction by efficiently processing and supporting Aviation Tire orders, ensuring timely delivery and consistently high-quality service.
** What You'll Do**
* ** Expense Management
- ** You will coordinate with the Shipping Broker, Shipping Line, Freight Forwarder, and consignment warehouses to prepare all invoices and supporting documents in order to complete the expense process accurately and on time.
* ** Q-Teach Follow-Up
- ** You will regularly monitor and track FAA certificates for both new tires and retread tires in order to prepare and send the original copies via courier and the soft copies via email to customers.
* ** Delivery Order Management
- ** You will coordinate with the Supply Chain team to create delivery order numbers and provide them to the Warehouse team to arrange shipments accordingly.
** What We're Looking For
*** You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
* You have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Import/Export operations.
** What Will Set You Apart
*** You possess a good command of English, both spoken and written.
* You are computer literate, with strong proficiency in MS Excel.
* You demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
* You have practical experience in Import/Export processes and documentation.#Li-KB3
