Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail. (C-Corps, S-Corps, and Partnerships)
• Support tax planning initiatives by researching tax laws, identifying opportunities, and preparing clear, actionable summaries.
• Assist in managing engagements from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met.
• Collaborate closely with clients, providing responsive communication and building trusted long-term relationships.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, offering coaching, feedback, and support as they develop their tax skills.
• Stay current on federal, state, and local tax regulations to help deliver forward-thinking solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA license or current CPA candidacy.
• 3–5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience with C-Corps, S-Corps, and Partnerships tax returns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret tax law.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
