• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Work directly with business owners, CFOs, and CEOs across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, restaurants, dental practices, and nonprofits
• Offer proactive tax planning and advisory insights—not just compliance work
• Manage multiple projects with the support of a reliable, experienced team
• Collaborate with leadership that values your ideas and invests in your professional growth

• 3+ years of recent public accounting experience
• Ability to prepare and review returns independently from start to finish
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
• Familiarity with tax software (Ultra Tax, CCH, Lacerte, or similar)

• Busy season hours average around 60/week
  , with a firm-wide push toward ~55/week
• Half-day Fridays outside of busy season—really
• Team-oriented environment with zero micromanagement
