We are hiring an experienced Amazon Vendor Central Executive to manage daily order operations, including:
• Processing and managing Direct Fulfillment (DF) orders
• Reviewing and handling Purchase Orders (POs)
• Creating and submitting ASN
• Confirming shipments and uploading invoices
• Coordinating with warehouse to ensure on-time dispatch
Skills
Requirements
• Proven experience with Amazon Vendor Central
• Experience in reconciliation and handling chargebacks (Shortage, PQV, Returns, etc.)
• Strong Excel skills
• Good written and spoken English
• High attention to detail and ability to manage daily operational tasks
