We are hiring an experienced Amazon Vendor Central Executive to manage daily order operations, including:
- Processing and managing Direct Fulfillment (DF) orders
- Reviewing and handling Purchase Orders (POs)
- Creating and submitting ASN
- Confirming shipments and uploading invoices
- Coordinating with warehouse to ensure on‑time dispatch
- Proven experience with Amazon Vendor Central
- Experience in reconciliation and handling chargebacks (Shortage, PQV, Returns, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills
- Good written and spoken English
- High attention to detail and ability to manage daily operational tasks
