We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. This is a great opportunity for a foreigner looking to gain valuable experience in the retail industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly motivated and driven, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and execute sales strategies to generate revenue.
- Manage all customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date records of sales activities.
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve services.
- Train new staff members on sales strategies.
- At least 1 year of related experience (preferred).
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local markets/customers/competitors.
- Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel).
