Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBGYN) Ward. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to women throughout all stages of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postnatal recovery, as well as gynecological patients undergoing treatment or surgery.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to antenatal, postnatal, and gynecological patients.
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being and report abnormalities promptly.
- Administer medications, IV infusions, and perform clinical procedures as per physician orders.
- Educate patients and families on health management and newborn care.
- Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with documentation standards.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and quality standards.
- Support patient comfort, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in OBGYN or maternity settings.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
