We are a leading luxury fragrance company based in Ajman, renowned for crafting premium scents and exceptional brand experiences. As part of our growth, we are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist with strong Meta platform experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across Instagram & Facebook (Meta), Tik Tok, and Linked In
- Develop high‑quality, on‑brand content that reflects a luxury aesthetic and storytelling
- Manage daily posting, community engagement, comments, and DMs on Meta platforms
- Optimize performance using Meta Business Suite, Insights, and analytics tools
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaigns, launches, and paid social initiatives
- Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist,
hand‑on experience managing Facebook & Instagram accounts - Strong understanding of Meta tools (Business Manager, Ads Manager, Insights)
- Background in luxury, beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle branding is a plus
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills
- Up to date with social media trends and platform algorithms
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Ajman
