Manager for Egyptian National in Ajman, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Manager who is a citizen of Egypt to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company and ensuring its success. This position does not require English proficiency and is open to all nationalities.

• Manage and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the company
• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance and achieve business goals
• Monitor employee productivity and provide guidance and support to ensure high‑quality work
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
• Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and other important documents
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates, goals, and expectations
• Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure smooth operations across the company

• Must be a citizen of Egypt
• Proven experience as a Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Must be able to work legally in UAE with own visa or willing to obtain one
