Overview
Sales Manager job vacancy in Ajman UAE. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in sales and be able to manage a team of sales representatives. The salary for this position is 1000 AED/month. We are open to considering international candidates for this role.
Responsibilities- Develop sales strategies to increase market share and meet/exceed revenue goals
- Oversee the daily activities of the sales team to ensure targets are met on time
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Negotiate contracts with customers and vendors to maximize profitability
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction levels remain high
- Develop training materials for the sales team and conduct regular training sessions
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition activities
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
