About the Role
We are seeking an entry‑level Legal Administrator to join our dynamic legal team in Ajman. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, manage documentation, and assist with daily legal operations to ensure efficient workflow and compliance.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to lawyers and paralegals
- Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases
- Schedule meetings, court appearances, and client appointments
- Assist in drafting and formatting legal correspondence and documents
- Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties to coordinate information and filings
- Perform basic legal research and data entry
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in law, legal studies, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in legal administration or office support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- UAE Ajman Family Book
- Familiarity with UAE/Ajman legal procedures and regulations
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Experience with legal case management software
- Internship or clerkship experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
